We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Advisor to join our Australian team at Findex, a leading provider of integrated financial services. With a strong focus on wealth management, you will be responsible for researching and analysing information to provide expert advice to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study and experience using Xplan or similar software. You should also possess exceptional communication skills, professional presentation, and a passion for delivering high-quality advice.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Partners/Advisers, Client Services, Compliance, Accounting, Investment and Research Services, is crucial to your success in this role.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation, reflects the importance of this position in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for bonuses based on individual and team performance.
