Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Associate to join our team in this strategic advisor role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, attending meetings, and presenting financial strategies to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Financial Strategy Presentation: You will work closely with senior advisors and directors to develop and present complex financial strategies to clients.
  • Strategy Formation: You will research and develop financial strategies for clients, including strategy formation across multiple entities.
  • Engagement Letter Preparation: You will prepare engagement letters and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Portfolio Management: You will manage and track client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree qualified in Commerce, Economics, or similar discipline
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience working in the financial planning industry, preferably in a technical role or accounting environment
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xplan

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
