We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Investment Manager at scouted.

About the Role

This role involves assisting the business with modelling, analysis, and financial reporting of various individual projects within the existing portfolio, overall portfolio, and consolidation of related operating businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and reviewing due diligence and research material, monitoring, managing, and reporting related to existing investments, and maintaining a sound understanding of relevant market analytics and insights, industry developments, and related business exposures.

You will also be involved in complex financial modelling (debt & equity) and analysis using MS Excel and other property analysis applications.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in Corporate Finance or Banking within the Property Industry and understanding of Property and Construction Accounting and Financial Analysis
  • Degree qualified (Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting or Finance Related) and ACA or CPA qualifications preferred (or equivalent if not from an accounting background)
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency with MS Excel
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risk with sensitivity to commercial considerations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to present to key stakeholders
