About the Position

The Field Clinical Specialist Manager – Electrophysiology will lead the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Specialist team in the South, driving clinical excellence through developing the team. This role involves coaching and developing the team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring team members stay up-to-date with industry knowledge.

This position requires frequent collaboration with Territory Managers and other commercial leaders to ensure effective clinical case coverage across the region based on customer needs. The Field Clinical Specialist Manager works closely with the Clinical Educator – Electrophysiology to align training programs with in-field clinical coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a high-performing team and facilitate a positive collaborative culture.
  • Identify and attract Clinical Specialists, supporting their onboarding into the team and organisation.
  • Coach team members in the field, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs.
