We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Yanna Yanna Women's Prevention and Recovery Care (WPARC) in St. Albans.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead and provide expert guidance to our team, ensuring high-quality services that promote well-being and safeguard vulnerable consumers. As part of our diverse workforce, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to deliver comprehensive mental health interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with consumers, their families, and carers to address mental health needs
  • Provide clinical expertise and support within a multidisciplinary clinical and wellbeing team
  • Support a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach for women and children at WPARC
  • Deliver discipline-specific, evidence-based mental health interventions
  • Lead and participate in initiatives to enhance care quality and service delivery for women in recovery
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA general registration as a Psychologist
  • Current registration as a PsyBA Board Approved Supervisor for Higher Degree Students and Registrars Master's level degree or above in Clinical Psychology
  • Clinical experience and leadership in delivering mental health interventions
  • Experience in public health or community health settings, in particular experience working with diverse patient populations
