Program Delivery Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of digital projects across a dynamic organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled program delivery professional to drive project teams, foster a collaborative culture, and apply structured planning, proactive risk management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting solutions.

The role will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The successful candidate will support the development of project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate team efforts to achieve objectives.

This is a leadership position that requires strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance project team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for digital project delivery to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear deliverables and responsibilities.
Selection Criteria
  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing multiple, complex digital projects from inception through to completion.
