Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Delivery Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality project outcomes by leveraging your well-evolved stakeholder management skills, communicating project resource requirements, achieving agreed project milestones, and meeting customer project requirements.

The successful candidate will define, manage, and own the scope of work, including schedule, cost, and quality outcomes for the project. They will develop the project approach to achieve project and business outcomes as per the Project Directive.

This is an opportunity to maximise outcomes and quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, direction, and delegation to the Project Management Team. They will prepare, monitor, and revise project plans, estimates, cost accounts, and schedules for the project to meet the objectives set by the Project Directive.

Awareness of earned value management principles is desirable. The role requires a defence security clearance, and applicants must hold a NV1 Australian Defence Security Clearance or have the ability to gain one.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Define, manage, and own the scope of work, including schedule, cost, and quality outcomes for the project.
  • Develop the project approach to achieve project and business outcomes as per the Project Directive.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and delegation to the Project Management Team.
  • Prepare, monitor, and revise project plans, estimates, cost accounts, and schedules for the project to meet the objectives set by the Project Directive.
