Frontline Patient Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will handle face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. You will manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing. In addition, you will operate our booking system efficiently and assist with back-office activities as directed by your manager.
About The Opportunity:This is a full-time position in a dynamic and growing organization. Our clinic hours are 7:30am to 5:15pm, and we offer a variety of employee benefits including staff discounts and a competitive salary.

- Manage patient records and billing
- Operate our booking system
- Assist with back-office activities
