About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales Development team in driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and team management.

As Associate Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the APAC SDR team, setting and achieving ambitious goals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of owning performance and improving conversion rates through process optimization, experimentation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SDR team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and ensure the team is held accountable to them.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify blockers and improve efficiency.
