Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Richard Lloyd Accounting Recruitment. As an AR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from allocation to bank and debtors account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the allocation of incoming payments and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Process receipts and reconcile bank and debtors accounts
- Set up direct debits and produce monthly invoice statements
- Assist with month-end reporting and provide accurate financial information
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance Officer position
- Experience with Technology One or similar-sized ERP systems
- Not-for-profit industry experience is highly advantageous
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deal with various stakeholders
This is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of 6 months, paying $40 - $45/hr + Super commensurate to experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
