Medical Physicist Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist to join our dynamic team in Queensland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine physics tasks including equipment quality assurance, patient specific quality assurance and treatment planning support.
  • Providing medical physics support services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contributing to key areas of responsibility within the national medical physics group.
Key Requirements:
  • Eligible for listing on the ACPSEM register of qualified medical physics specialists in Radiation Oncology Medical Physics.
  • Able to perform routine physics tasks including equipment quality assurance and treatment planning support.
  • Proven ability to work independently to a high level of scientific achievement.
  • Demonstrated high levels of communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment.
