Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diploma Educator to lead our team of educators. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
Program DevelopmentDevelop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Team CollaborationWork collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
CommunicationMaintain effective communication with parents and carers to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's learning journey.
Program ImplementationImplement and evaluate educational programs that promote the learning and development of children.
Requirements- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
