The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to lead our team of educators at our new centre in Picton.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our children and their families.

You will work closely with our centre manager to ensure that our centre is a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and their families
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Work closely with our centre manager to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
  • Build and maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality care and education
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification
  • Current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
