Job Description

Aurora Energy Research is a leading investment analytics platform provider for the global energy transition. Our Technical Customer Success team serves as the critical interface between end-users and software development teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in integrating our software products into their decision-making processes, enhancing their productivity and efficiency.
  • Meet with clients to provide ongoing support for their usage of our software products, fostering relationships to grow and retain our client base in APAC.
  • Guide customers as they utilize our Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios, unlocking valuable insights and opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot client requests and assist clients in interpreting complex results, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
  • Onboard new accounts and develop knowledge about their use cases for our products, tailoring our services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to product teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience.
  • Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge, adapting to changing environments and priorities.
  • Passion for working with clients across the energy sector, delivering exceptional value and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both technically and non-technically minded parties.
  • Able to analyze and derive insights from complex quantitative data, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Customer-first mindset with the confidence to pursue mutually beneficial outcomes, prioritizing client satisfaction and success.
