Sales Director Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary sales leader to spearhead our national sales team as a Senior Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans that drive growth, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute in-depth sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets and sales growth objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, customers, and partners, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales narratives and engage with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
