Lead Designer Position

This role is pivotal in the success of our projects, focusing on managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage design teams, overseeing all design-related activities including documentation and report writing.
  • Assume overall responsibility for delivering Design Services according to project plans and objectives.
About You:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams with a focus on Defence Estate projects.
  • A current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher.
Essential Attributes:
  • Professional membership and accreditation or chartership relevant to the discipline.
  • Leadership experience in developing winning bid submissions.
