About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Nepean, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients under Aged Care Funding. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work from home.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Utilise evidence-based practice to promote independence and restore functional independence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs
About You
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
