Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing insurer requests in collaboration with the Senior BA and insurance product managers to assess technical and commercial viability.
  • Transforming concepts into clear Jira tickets, including documents, occupations, ratings, algorithms, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Leveraging refinement sessions with developers, QA, and technical BAs to ensure delivery clarity for the Product Maintenance squad.
  • Validating completed work before it heads to QA and keeping documentation up-to-date in our document management tools.
  • Collaborating with underwriters and insurer teams to clarify pricing and product changes.
  • Sustaining Agile ceremonies and maintaining 2–3 sprints worth of refined, ready-to-go stories
