Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Performance Supervisor to join our team. As an Asset Performance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of Housing Portfolio assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the development of quarterly maintenance works programs
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and contractors
  • Ensuring effective contract management and resolving project conflicts or delivery issues promptly
  • Leading a team of Asset Performance Officers

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Australian Building Codes and Government standards
  • Relevant qualification and/or extensive experience in construction building maintenance and/or building construction
  • Proven track record in managing program of works and residential property maintenance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
