About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to become part of our dynamic retail team as a Buyer Assistant.

As a key member of our purchasing department, you will assist in developing and sourcing new products aligned with business objectives, manage data, and provide analytical support to ensure efficient operations.

  • Support the buyer in identifying and acquiring new products that meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert analytical and administrative assistance to the buying team to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyse and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (desired).
  • At least 2 years of experience or background in BA roles.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A genuine passion for retail and a desire to contribute to business growth.
