A day in the life of our Facilities Coordinator includes managing bookings, processing transactions, answering calls and enquiries, responding to emails, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed, and completing administration tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and scheduling for our facilities and services
  • Process transactions via our point-of-sale system
  • Answer incoming calls and enquiries
  • Respond to emails
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
  • Complete administration tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week
  • Experience in a related field such as customer service or sales
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer competency/skills
