Job Description

This role involves preparing and reviewing daily deliverables for exchange-traded funds, including portfolio composition files and iNAV files. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ETF orders and providing trade confirmations to authorized participants.

Additional responsibilities include conducting reviews to ensure that ETF and custody trades are matched for settlements, liaising with clients and external parties to resolve queries associated with ETF deliverables, and identifying operational risks and suggesting mitigations.

The selected candidate will also participate in ETF projects focused on enhancing servicing and system capabilities, develop and maintain an understanding of the ETF ecosystem in Australia, and keep abreast of global emerging trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous fund accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
