Job Title: National Manager, Fraud Investigation

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Fraud Investigation Branch. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, sound judgement, strong customer focus, and the ability to engender respect and trust.

The successful candidate will lead investigations of potential unauthorized access and/or disclosure of information, internal (Administrative and program) fraud and corruption, and conduct administrative investigations to determine entitlements.

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive approach to learning, innovation, and achieving outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for new and emerging technologies and digital trends, as well as their impact on people and communities.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.

The appointment may be ongoing or non-ongoing (fixed term). A merit pool may be established to fill similar roles as they become available within an 18-month period.

Requirements

To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen.

You will need to pass our pre-employment screening process, which includes a pre-employment check, and where relevant, a working with children and vulnerable people check.

You will also need to acquire an Australian Government security clearance, to the appropriate level for the position.
