About the Role

This position oversees the provision of approvals to authorized repairers for passenger, commercial vehicles and equipment nationwide. As a result, this role is responsible for processing invoices for payment and managing maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve service requests from suppliers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all services performed adhere to manufacturers' guidelines.
  • Verify that defective vehicle and equipment repairs are conducted in accordance with current Compliance and Safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance their EVO portal usage.
  • Provide assistance to customers with general maintenance inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating good listening and questioning abilities.
  • Critical analysis and problem-solving skills, showcasing resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability.
  • Licensure as a heavy vehicle mechanic is mandatory.
