We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Brisbane team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and building the future of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that drive business success.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various disciplines, focusing on finding exceptional talent that aligns with our company values.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.

- A strong network within Civil, Infrastructure, Energy, and/or Construction industries, with expertise in both White Collar and Blue Collar requirements.
