Clinical Team Development Manager

This role presents the chance to utilize your leadership skills, coaching and mentoring expertise to support our growing clinical team.
Based in Adelaide city, this position oversees and expands our clinical team which consists of Clinical Care Coordinators, Specialist Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Enrolled Nurses.
Key Responsibilities:- Education, coaching, and mentoring of employees;
- Capability to work within program guidelines of funded services;
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external agencies;
- Awareness and commitment to best practice and clinical excellence;
- Current registered nurse with AHPRA registration;
- Extensive clinical experience;
- Previous clinical management experience;
- Full driver's license, reliable car with comprehensive insurance;
- Knowledge of complex wounds, Negative Wound Pressure Therapy, IV medication management, PICC lines, pumps, and infusers;
- Experience in business development and contract creation;
