Job Overview

CatholicCare NT is a Territory-wide NGO providing family counselling and support, financial wellbeing, domestic and family violence programs, housing, aged care advocacy, AOD, mental health, employment, and community development services across the Northern Territory.

About The Role

The Senior Manager will lead program and strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and staff leadership to enhance well-being and resilience in children, families, and communities in the NT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality service delivery for child, family, and community programs.
  • Provide strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and staff leadership to promote well-being and resilience in the NT.
  • Lead Managers within the portfolio to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

We seek an experienced Senior Manager with a Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of senior management experience in the social services sector.
