We are a leading provider of support services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. Our team has extensive experience in delivering high-quality care and support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and improve their independence.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver comprehensive support services to our clients.

- Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals, and intervention.
- Combining standardized and non-standardized assessments to inform our clinical reasoning.
- Delivering targeted speech therapy interventions in settings that best match our participants' needs and goals.
- Collaborating with our local multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will have the opportunity to work with NDIS participants living in Campbelltown, Prestons, Liverpool, Ingleburn, Casula, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to NDIS participants.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet participant goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to participants and their families.
