About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Csarecruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of civil engineering projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with Australian Building Codes and Standards.
  • Develop and implement value management and value engineering strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Produce technical reports and conceptualise solutions that add significant value to projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
  • Collaborate with experienced industry leaders to drive business growth and strategic direction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (MIEAust or FIEAust) registration.
  • Aspirations towards becoming a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or already making strides in that direction.
  • Preferred registration as a DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on engineering design experience within a consultancy environment.
