As a
Sales Assistant
, you'll help pet parents make the best choices for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products.
You'll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents.
We will soon be opening a new store in
Ballarat/Delacombe.
It's going to be big, beautiful and busy and we're looking for pet passionate, extremely friendly Sales Assistants to work on a
casual or part time basis.
Your Role:
Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment

About You:
A natural love for animals and people
Friendly, patient, and eager to help
Team player
Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
Organised and detail-oriented
