Job Title: Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of infrastructure solutions as part of a large business separation focusing on EUC/Modern Workplace solutions and cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and oversee the migration of Modern Workplace solutions, across M365, and end-user computing environments.
  • Lead identity migration and device migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions for end-users.
  • Design solutions for the migration of unstructured data and oversee the implementation of collaboration tools that enhance workplace productivity.
  • Drive enterprise cloud migrations, ensuring efficient, secure, and cost-effective integration into the cloud ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that IT infrastructure projects align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the planning and execution of complex projects, maintaining a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth and transformation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Solution Architect, with a focus on Modern Workplace solutions and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of laptop/desktop migrations, collaboration technologies, and unstructured data migration.
  • Experience with end-user computing and developing scalable, secure IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
