Akcelo is an independent Brand Experience agency delivering powerful brand experiences that people love. We fuse creativity with experience design to solve business problems and generate white-space opportunities for clients like McDonald's, PepsiCo, Tinder, and TikTok.

We are looking for a Social Executive passionate about driving our brands and influencing audiences. Our ideal candidate has interests in music, food, and TikTok trends.

The Social Executive will understand consumer behaviour on social media—what they talk about, where they say it, and how to respond as a brand guardian. You can turn social behaviour into creative ideas, and adapt to different tones of voice for various brands. You live and breathe social media, staying ahead of format changes, channel shifts, and trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting and proactively providing insights and opportunities for creative ideation
  2. Ideating quickly for responses, captions, hashtags
  3. Finding opportunities for brands to be relevant through cultural trends
  4. Distilling data into insightful reports for brand and insights teams
  5. Understanding and adapting content for various social media formats
  6. Moderating and engaging on owned social channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
  7. Collaborating with creative, strategy, social teams, and clients
