**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Trainer and Learning Specialist to join our team at My NRMA. As an expert in training and development, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced trainer who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will be responsible for creating learner experiences that give our team members the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences for our members.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Learning Design: Design creative, effective, and engaging learning materials and programs using a variety of platforms and tools.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver training with consistency and quality, including face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, and self-directed learning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify core skill gaps, key learner priorities, and embed learning initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Similar: Possess a recognized qualification in training and assessment.
  • Automotive Industry Experience: Demonstrate experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Facilitation Skills: Excellent facilitation skills, both online and face-to-face, to frontline teams.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated **$90,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including progressive flexibility and well-being benefits, travel discounts, and complimentary myNRMA membership.
