Physiotherapist - New Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne. As a new graduate physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and challenging environment, providing high-quality physiotherapy management to patients across various units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals and needs.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services, promoting excellence in clinical practice and patient care.
- Must have, or be currently eligible for, National Physiotherapist Registration.
- Experience in physiotherapy management in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document patient information and communicate with colleagues and patients.
