Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Provide High-Quality Service: Manage and provide high-quality service to a small, diverse mixed caseload of complex clients, parents, and carers, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills.
  • Co-Manage Clients: Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners (e.g., OT, psychologist, dietitian), demonstrating a capacity to work independently and in a team.
  • Mentor and Lead: Provide mentoring and leadership to junior and new graduate physiotherapists.
  • Professional Development: Participate in professional development pathways to constantly progress your knowledge and clinical skills.
  • Team Culture: Contribute to team culture and success with your proactive, can-do approach and high-level initiative.
  • Company Policies: Uphold company policies, procedures, and values.

  • Remote Practice: Our clinics are paperless, and we use cloud-based software to reduce tedious tasks.

  • Community Access: A work car is provided for traveling from a clinic to community consults, and travel reimbursement is provided for practitioners who prefer to use a personal car.
  • Clinic-Only Caseload: For practitioners who don't enjoy community visits, we can provide a clinic-only caseload.

Essential Criteria:

  • AHPRA Registration: Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience: Experience working with NDIS participants, able to work with diverse clients.
  • Independent Consultations: Experience in independently providing physiotherapy consultations.
  • Physiotherapy Assessments: Experience in a range of physiotherapy assessments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to set and follow treatment schedules and manage deadlines.
  • Mentoring: Leadership skills and ability to mentor and support junior/graduate physiotherapists.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented, ambitious, and eager to excel.
  • Team Building: Special interest in team building.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in leadership.
