About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to oversee a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinate and manage financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears
  • Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings
  • Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities
Requirements
  • Strata Management experience within mixed-use or residential
  • Ability to work under own initiative and direction
  • Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a strong lucrative career
