Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at WooliesX. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting online drivers to ensure high performance, accountability, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support online drivers to ensure high performance, accountability, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Review fleet availability, vehicle conditions, lease term management, and rostering of drivers to COR compliance.
  • Escalation point for agents and drivers; troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues.
  • Address customer feedback and facilitate further escalations when necessary.
  • Review window and geographic mapping profiles for stores to ensure optimal delivery times, drop cost, and capacity fluctuations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience with route delivery/courier logistics and retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills to swiftly resolve customer feedback and internal escalations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment; agility with role.
  • Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft and Google suites, Routing Systems, etc).
