">Job DescriptionThis position involves safeguarding the integrity and operations of our organization by implementing and overseeing effective financial crime risk management strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering best-practice compliance frameworks across our business.
">Key Responsibilities:- Leading the development and implementation of financial crime compliance frameworks
- Ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives and risk appetite
- Providing expert advice on compliance matters to senior leadership and business units
- Overseeing monitoring activities to ensure operational adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management within the financial services sector, with at least 5 years of experience in financial crime compliance. They should possess:
">- A minimum of 10 years' experience in risk management
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in financial crime compliance
- Strong working knowledge of New Zealand's legislative and regulatory environment related to financial crime
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory environments
