Occupational Therapist Role Overview

Your Opportunity:

As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will join our multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments across Residential Aged Care and Community settings.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing services to consumers referred through government-funded models such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private funding.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing clinical recommendations to support activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the needs of our facilities, working within the scope of Occupational Therapy.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS screening and Police Check.
