Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Aircraft Service Attendant.

The role involves loading and unloading catering, carts, and ovens from trucks and aircraft, while ensuring all discrepancies are addressed promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding and positioning trucks in line with company policies, coordinating with airline cabin crew for servicing and delivery handover, and communicating with dispatch on aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading catering, carts, and ovens from trucks and aircraft.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coodinating with airline cabin crew for servicing and delivery handover.
  • Communicating with dispatch on aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Clean MR or HR driver's license.
  • Able to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • A safety-first mindset, awareness of surroundings, and proper techniques per training.
  • Flexibility around flight schedules.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Clear National Police Check due to aviation services industry.
