At eTeam, we are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a contract opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Professional with a strong background in data analysis and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in extracting valuable insights from data and presenting them effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate varying degrees of complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze metrics of success for a brand or industry vertical, developing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate in a clear and compelling fashion using presentation slides and data visualizations.
  • Leverage business acumen and technical skills (such as SQL) to derive both tactical and strategic insights that deliver the best return on investment for our clients.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, operational research or similar quantitative field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in data analytics / data science, measurement and insights, or consulting.
  3. Intermediate to advanced skills in data analysis (e.g. MS Excel / Google Sheets / Python), story-telling (e.g. providing actionable insights based on analysis), advanced data querying using SQL, leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously; project management experience in dealing with a high volume of reporting / analysis requests.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders including sales and account management teams and to effectively communicate technical work to non-technical audiences.
  6. Capacity to conduct meetings and share insights with advertisers and agencies.
  7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency (process standardization) using strong documentation.
