If you are a data person at heart, you love Microsoft and you want to grow rapidly in your career, this is the place for you. We are hiring for 2 Senior Data Specialists in Sydney or Melbourne. You'll also have the opportunity to work across a diverse set of rewarding industries, including NFP, utilities, government, property construction, education and health.

About the Role:

As a Senior Data Specialist, you are passionate about delivering solutions in Microsoft Data & AI. You'll also have knowledge of D365, and Azure. You'll need strong development skills in Microsoft and a passion for learning and development. You will be leading projects on behalf of one of Microsoft's most successful partners across ANZ and teaching others how to lead in the process. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth in project leadership, people management, strategy, and architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Realising business value by delivering best in class solutions in Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with some of ANZ's leaders in delivering Microsoft solutions.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall architecture capability.
  • Present, adapt, implement, and refine our reference architecture.
  • Actively participate in customer requirements workshops, document needs, and effectively communicate them back to the customer.
  • Demonstrate solutions to clients and articulate their value.
  • Lead agile delivery teams, fostering collaboration with Account Managers and Project Managers.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to data specialists and graduate data specialists.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years + of experience building cloud-based data solutions, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in leading projects using Agile/Scrum methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Full, permanent working rights for Australia.
