  • The Role: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Visual Merchandise professional to join our team in Rouse Hill. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable sales growth by delivering exceptional retail experiences and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
Job Description:

We are on the cusp of launching a new chapter for Nike at Rouse Hill. Our market-leading store concept and fit-out bring together the best Nike products available, with an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. This is a bright future ahead

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering athletes and inspiring consumers through innovative retail concepts and a relentless drive for sport. From our stores to our headquarters, we cultivate a high-energy, results-driven culture where leadership, teamwork, and excellence define our success.

This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week, reporting to the Store Manager. Your day will be filled with leading from the front, coaching on the run, and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience.
  • Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, preferred.
  • Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences.
  • Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals.
