**Training Opportunity in Early Childhood Education and Care**
We are seeking a vocational trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for international learners.
This role will involve designing and delivering training sessions, providing feedback and guidance to students, and conducting assessment tasks to ensure they meet the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and assessing international students, with a strong understanding of early childhood education and care principles.
The successful applicant will be responsible for working closely with our team to develop and implement effective training strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver training sessions on Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback* Develop and implement effective training plans to meet the needs of international learners* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve training goals* Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results* Conduct observation assessments at childcare centers as required
**Requirements:**
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)* CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care* CHC50121- Diploma Of Early Childhood Education and Care* Good IT skills to navigate learning management systems and student management systems* Experience in working with international students and cultural sensitivity* Understanding of ESOS standards* Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
