Job Description

A highly skilled Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer is required to deliver high-quality training programs to students. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and delivering the assigned programs, providing support and feedback, and monitoring student assessments.

The role requires a strong passion for early childhood education and care, as well as experience in teaching or training. A relevant vocational qualification at a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (ECEC) or equivalent is essential.

  • Deliver Diploma and Certificate III in ECEC to students in a classroom or face-to-face setting.
  • Visit workplaces as per the workplace-based assessment requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for early childhood education and care.
  • Experience in teaching or training.
  • Continuing professional development requirements of the professional body to which they belong.
  • A relevant vocational qualification at a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (ECEC) or equivalent.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
