  • Overview:
  • The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest standard of food and beverage service. This includes managing shifts, maintaining guest expectations, and providing guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement new processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, facilities, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Complete scheduled inventories, stock, and requisition necessary supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervisory or management roles in a similar environment.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead by example.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Conflict resolution skills with ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
  • Previous experience in inventory management and control.
