About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Site Maintenance Technician to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site. Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation
  • Maintain the sites at a high standard at all times
  • Complete garden labour tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing in a timely manner and of high quality
  • Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipment
  • Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restoration

About You

You should have:

  • Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
  • A driver's licence
  • The ability to work with limited supervision
  • Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
