Globe 24-7 seeks an experienced Mineral Resource Manager to lead a landmark APAC 'mega project' at its greenfield stage. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping all Mineral Resource Management for operational readiness, followed by operational running of a large department.

The ideal candidate will have significant tonnage experience in large mining operations, exceeding tens of millions per annum, and be willing to work on an expat FIFO basis from any reasonable global point of hire.

  2. Manage advanced exploration, extraction, and management of mineral resources within a mining operation.
  3. Closely collaborate with senior operational management and minerals processing teams.
  4. Develop processes and systems that drive efficiency and productivity.
  5. Lead and develop local national teams as the project transitions into the operational phase.
Essential Requirements:
  1. A strong background in geology leadership is essential.
  2. International experience working on an expat basis is required.
  3. Experience in managing large mining operations is necessary.
