As part of our commitment to creating a healthier and happier workforce, we are launching an innovative internal mental health service, MinRes Mind Matters Team. We are now seeking motivated and driven graduates to join our team as Graduate Psychologists.
The Role
The Graduate Psychologist role is a key position within our mental health service, providing evidence-informed treatment for moderate to severe mental health concerns. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to promoting positive mental health and supporting recovery back to good mental health.
Our registered Psychologists will provide you with full supervision requirements to support your ongoing development.
Program Structure
As part of our 2026 Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your professional career with one of Australia's fastest-growing mining companies. The tailored two-year program will challenge your thinking across a range of business functions, each offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects.
Exposure to different commodities and services including Iron Ore, Lithium, Energy, Mining Services & Construction will be provided through rotations within our state-of-the-art head office and site-based experiences on our Mineral Resources operated sites.
Ongoing support from dedicated Program Mentors and committed leaders will enable you to grow a successful career in mining.
Selection Criteria
- Graduated by the end of 2024 in a 5+2 General Registration Pathway or have graduated from a recognised tertiary pathway within the past 24 months.
- Registered (or provisionally registered) with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application.
- Availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2026.
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate.
