We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in onshore drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day activities on drill sites
- Manage contractors and service companies
- Ensure safety leadership and assurance
- Execute drilling and completions programs
- Coordinate field reporting and logistics

Requirements

- 10+ years' experience in onshore drilling
- At least 3+ years as a drilling supervisor or company man
- Strong working knowledge of wellsite operations and rig-based activities
- Certification in well control (supervisory level)
- Familiarity with land access, regulatory, and environmental frameworks
- Proven ability to lead field operations and maintain performance standards
